Happy Valley had 9,002 households in the 2020-2024 American Community Survey. About 79 percent owned their home, the median household income was $122,151, and the median age was 39.0. These are estimates with margins of error; see the About page.
Library and community
The Happy Valley Library at 13793 SE Sieben Park Way lists its hours as 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day and offers story times and programs. The City says its motto is that a city that plays together stays together, and its community events page lists family events such as Camp Canine, Dumpster Day, the Fourth of July Family Festival and summer concerts.
